A series of health changes in my early 30s radically altered the course of my life.
What began as personal health changes and a curiosity to understand the root causes, the “why?” took me on an unexpected journey of self-discovery through food. Leaving behind the comfort of a corporate career and everything I knew, I traveled around the world to discover the impact of food on our well-being. Along the way, I discovered the profound power of our mind to create changes that improve our lives and our mental health.
Over the past decade, I studied culinary, cultural traditions and holistic healing practices from different walks of life, gaining insight into the challenges of our deeply broken food system.
What I Discovered:
Wellness isn’t a label of how, or what we eat.
It’s not judgement over other people’s choices, nor is it extreme approaches, or the latest trending diet.
Well-being starts with a mindset of curiosity.
It is an ongoing journey, a long game for the best possible life you can live.
